9-10	Day (the date when the group area was maximal is given)
12-18	The extended number of the group in format YYYYNNN, 
	where YYYY  is the year of the catalogue volume,
	NNN is the number of spot in the volume.
20-24	Heliographic longitude
26-30	Latitude
32-36	Second heliographic longitude (999.9=no data)
38-42	Second latitude (999.9=no data)
44-47	Average group area, in millionths of solar hemisphere (9999=no data)
49-52	Average area of the largest spot (9999=no data)
54-56	Average number of spots in the group (999=no data)
58-59	Length of observation time of the group in days
