Information Network Sector
Information Network Sector was organized for creating the Pulkovo Observatory local computer network. Local network was constructed in 1996. At present Observatory network join more then 90 computers.

Main fields of Sector's activity are :

  • Maintenance, technical support and development of the Pulkovo Observatory computer network;
  • Providing E-mail and Internet services;
  • Web server construction and support;
  • Users advices.
