The list of apparent close approaches of Near-Earth Asteroids to the UCAC4 catalog stars. Only those phenomena are selected that have an apparent distance (Dist) between the objects less than 10 arcseconds and the magnitude (m) difference less than 0.2. Other notations are as follows: AV - asteroid apparent angular velocity (arcsec/min); PA - position angle of its apparent motion (reckoned counterclockwise from the direction to the North Pole); A - azimuth; h - altitude (the last three values in degrees). Within some time span an asteroid moves near two stars so that the angular distance between the objects does not exceed some predefined value (in our case 30 arcseconds). The arcs of the spherical triangle sides being measured it's possible on the base of the catalog data to determine the coordinates of asteroid. The first line of the output data shows the number, name and vis.mag. span of asteroid. Other lines include the time span (UT), catalog numbers and visual magnitudes of stars. The magnitude difference between the objects usually is not more than 0.5.
